		<description>Alex - It&#039;s almost the opposite for me. I feel I get the most value from in person networking groups when I have a chance to connect directly with individual members, whereas online, I am connecting with many people at the same time. 

Maybe that&#039;s one of the differences between being 70% introvert and 50% introvert!</description>

For one it takes a whole lot longer because I have to do it person by person instead of in a group, but it&#039;s also great because I can build a community and do it across time zones, which means I can live where I want to and yet still build a business.

And I&#039;m going to go check out the Beehive online group. Thanks for the reference.</description>
