I have the privilege of managing websites for a variety of clients, and I love seeing what they each bring to the world. Many of these businesses generously provide free resources, and I’m excited to showcase a few of these in the hopes that you’ll find something valuable for your own needs.

Carrie Cooper – Carrie Cooper Coaching

Carrie is a Life Coach specializing in grief and disorganization who helps women declutter life after loss so they can learn how to live with more hope, confidence and deeper purpose.

She created a free resource entitled Experiencing Soul Rest to help you begin moving through the wilderness of loss. When you sign up, you’ll be invited to join her email community where you’ll receive valuable tips, tools and updates while also being among the first to know when she’s posted to ‘The Coffee With Jesus’ blog.

You can learn more about Carrie, her business, and her website by reading Life After Organizing: An Interview With Carrie Cooper on Your Organizing Business.

Janet Schiesl – Basic Organization and My Basic HOME

Janet and her team of organizing experts work with clients in Washington DC and Northern Virginia.

She offers a number of free resources to help people who want to get organized, including her blog and a Facebook group where you can get a taste of the type of tips you receive with a My Basic HOME subscription.

She has also created a Clutter Quiz to help you determine if clutter is holding you back from living a more organized and simplified life.

I’ve been working with Janet on her website for many years, and A Website Redesign for Basic Organization describes some of work together.

Kathy Stinson – Canadian Author

Kathy has written over 40 books for young people, including the classic Red Is Best and the award-winning The Man with the Violin.

Her website features activities for teachers and kids to accompany the reading of most of her books, so if you work with kids or have kids of your own, it’s well worth checking out.

She also has a blog filled with posts about writing, reading (her books and others) as well as other personal and professional interests.

I’ve been looking after Kathy’s website since 1999, and wrote A Website Makeover for Canadian Author Kathy Stinson about the latest redesign project.

Susan Merli – Authentika Consulting and Authentika Psychotherapy

Susan is a registered psychotherapist, a certified professional coach, and a certified meditation, yoga, and ayurvedic teacher.

On her blog, she writes about personal and professional development topics such as self-awareness and relationships.

On the Authentika Psychotherapy site I designed for her recently, Susan provides tip sheets, self-assessments, and videos.

Conclusion

As you explore these helpful resources from Carrie Cooper, Janet Schiesl, Kathy Stinson, and Susan Merli, I hope you find something that resonates with you.

Although the four featured here are in entirely different fields, many of my clients have similar businesses, so I love capturing their unique essences. Working closely with clients on their websites gives me a really good sense of their business, which allows me to make recommendations to help them improve their results along the way and down the road.
