If we decide to work together, you'll pay an $85.00 set-up fee, which also covers the first month of your Care Plan.
Step 3
If I discover any technical issues on your site that aren't covered by your Care Plan, I'll let you know.

Sure you can! But wouldn't your time be better spent doing what you do best - and makes you money?
Subscribing to a Care Plan is the best way to protect your site, but if something does go wrong, I'll do what it takes to get it back up and running.
In some cases, disaster recovery services may be needed, but you'll be advised of the costs before the work begins.
- Older themes and plugins which aren't compatible with the current version of WordPress
- Custom coding added by previous developers which no longer works
Small requests can usually be completed within one week or less. Larger projects usually take longer. I can give you a time estimate upon receipt of your request.
The time required will be deducted from your prepaid balance (if any) or billed separately at my hourly rate.
The Care Plan covers hosting and maintenance for one site. If you have multiple WordPress sites, I will be happy to manage them, but each one will be under its own Care Plan.
I'd hate to see you go, but as a business owner I understand that your needs may change. Simply send me an email and your plan will be terminated before your next billing date. You would be then responsible for obtaining your own license for any premium plugins covered by your Care Plan.
